SERVICES
Individual Sessions
Virtual sessions ranging from 30- 60 minutes weekly, bi weekly or monthly, with children and teens from age 5 to 17 years old. Together we tackle behavior modification, trust building, secure relationship role modeling, emotion regulation and increasing the knowledge, awareness and utilization of coping strategies.
The initial session is solely with the child’s caretaker to intake the presenting issues, family dynamics, mental health history, privacy procedures, etc.
Parent check ins are available to at any time as a 30 or 60 minute separate session.
To accommodate school schedules, session times are available on nights and weekends!
Parent Coaching
Parent sessions are one time, weekly, bi monthly, or monthly, virtual sessions, lasting 60 minutes and set to problem solve, discuss different approaches, communication styles and research based techniques to help parents support their children. These sessions are also for parents to gain confidence and feel validated in their journey.
The initial session is solely an intake the presenting issues, family dynamics, mental health history, privacy procedures, etc.

Family Sessions
Family virtual sessions are 30- 60 minutes weekly, bi weekly or monthly, all family members participate in virtual sessions to validate each other, increase and clear communication and resolve conflict.
Individual sessions may be necessary for some or all family members at certain points.
